FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Is an authenticity certificate of the artist provided with the works ?

Yes, each work is unique, and is accompanied with a certificate signed by the artist.

Can the works be delivered without a frame, or with a frame of my choice ?

No, as the dry pastels would not last the journey without the protection of a frame which is specially adapted and dustproof. The works are therefore compulsorily framed when delivered.

Are the postage costs high ?

The postage costs (by parcel post in Metropolitan France) amount to 30 €. This is only a contribution from the buyer, as the packaging costs are relatively expensive as we really want to ensure that the work reaches you in excellent condition.

How to pay ?

Several solutions are available for the payment :

  • Pay upon delivery : this solution increases the costs, but has the virtue of ensuring that the transaction is safe, both for the seller and for the buyer (extra costs to be borne by the buyer).
  • In three cheques : the first equal to half of the amount due. The work is sent as soon as the first cheque is cashed. The other two cheques are cashed after a space of one month.
  • In one cheque : the work is sent as soon as the cheque is cashed.
  • By credit card using the SUMUP link sent by SMS or email.

How to become a model ?

It couldn’t be easier; just contact Karaldo by email or by telephone to arrange a possible meeting.

What you need to know :

  • for discretion’s sake, the models’ faces never appear on the works
  • you shall be given a USB key of the photos taken, when you leave.
